Lot 5

Lot 5 is an amazing facilty that offers an incredible extension to all other home owners at Three Rivers. This shared space is accessed via a stoned road down to River and Creek level. There the flat plane at the confluence of the wide, slow moving Broad River and fast flowing, babbling Hickory Nut Creek bringing a great opportunity for recreation and relaxation. The is a small pavillion and room for outside dining including BBQ's and firepits.

The Broad River is stocked with trout and in season offers excellent fishing, the property boundy extend across the river. In addition there is a walkway that heads up along the creek, passing small water falls and flolwing river along the valley edge. Idealy the lower area is best access by a good 4WD vehicle, we will have a service ATV on site.
